The author's studio MSA was established over 20 years ago and since then it has worked and offered a wide range of architectural services, such as concept designs through building designs, tender and constructions documents.
Our experience enables us to undertake various projects concerning architecture, town and country planning as well as the renovation of historic buildings. We set up our designs thoroughly, passing through the stages of investment preparation, through designs and technical supervision.
Maciek Soczyński - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology in 1987. In 1985-1989 he worked in the Main Research and Design Center of Industrial Architecture – BISTYP in Warsaw. Founder, co-owner and chief architect of the Technical Office SERVAL Ltd. in Warsaw (1989-1994), the Town Architect in Milanówek near Warsaw (1990-1992), the chief architect in the DOMUS Ltd. in Poznań (1996-2008). In 1994 he started his practice (MODULOR Architect's Office) in Poznań (from 2001 in Kórniki near Poznań). He is a member of the Polish Chamber of Architects and the Association of Monument Conservators.
Profession architect - three generations
Irena Różańska (nee Soczyńska) - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the Gdańsk University of Technology in 1950. The author of many designs: housing and service estates in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Elbląg, Malbork. She is also the co-author of the master plan of the Main City In Gdańsk.
Tadeusz Różański - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the Gdańsk University of Technology in 1950. The author of many designs: the housing estate Gdańsk-Przymorze, details of the Main Post Office in Gdańsk. He was also the co-author of the Targ Węglowy in Gdańsk. In Algeria in 1968-1988 he designed the medical centers, office buildings, schools, monuments in Oran, Mostaganem, Hammam Bouhadjar and Sidi Bel Abbes. He is also the author of the Great Mosque in Oran and the rebuilding of the center of Oran.
He made over 20 competitions both home and foreign (1955 – First Award – Plac Teatralny in Warsaw, 1959 – First Award and construction – Gdańsk-Przymorze). He is the author of “Homo Architectonicus” (book in preparation).
Mieczysław Soczyński - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture, of the Gdańsk University of Technology in 1955. He is the co-author of a sports hall in Łódź (supervised by Prof. Prochaska), he worked also in Algeria in 1977-1984 on designs of office buildings and hotels as well as the Great Mosque along with Tadeusz Różański.
Tomasz Soczyński - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the War-saw University of Technology in 1992. He also took part in the design of rebuilding of the church from the post Franciscan times in Kazimierz Biskupi and the concept of the Museum of Martyrdom in Chełmno-upon-Ner (Cumhof).
Jakub Soczyński - a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the WSEiZ in Warsaw in 2014. He is the co-author of competitions in Hajnówka (First Award in 2012), Kraków, Szczecin, Olkusz.
