The project included the construction of three-storey underground parking lot for 550 cars and redevelopment of the square. Revitalization was made on the model of the 20s. of XX century. Site is entered into the register of monuments.

Parking lot: usable floor area - 14 230 m², volume - 48 060 m³, sizes - 148/44/10 m.
